Kiosk Installation

Self-service kiosk installation — units mounted, powered, networked, and commissioned — installed, integrated with your network and peripherals, tested, and documented for multi-site rollouts.

We deploy interactive and self-service kiosks end to end: setting and leveling freestanding, wall-mount, or counter units, running low-voltage power and dedicated data drops, and connecting peripherals such as touchscreens, card readers, printers, scanners, and cameras. Crews terminate and certify the cabling, integrate each kiosk with your network and back-end application, and confirm the unit boots, connects, and transacts before handover. Wireless-served kiosks are validated for signal and throughput at the install location. Cabling is tested to ANSI/TIA-568 with documented results. For fleet rollouts we standardize placement, labeling, and addressing so every site is built and supported identically, with as-builts and per-unit sign-off.

What's included

  • Kiosk placement, mounting, and leveling (freestanding, wall, or counter)
  • Low-voltage power and dedicated data drop, or validated wireless coverage
  • Cabling termination and certification to ANSI/TIA-568
  • Peripheral connection: touchscreen, card reader, printer, scanner, camera
  • Network and back-end application integration and addressing
  • Boot, connectivity, and transaction validation per unit

Deliverables

  • As-built placement and cabling documentation
  • Cable certification report per drop
  • Per-unit commissioning sign-off and admin orientation

Frequently asked

Can the kiosks run on wireless instead of a wired drop?

Yes, where appropriate. We validate signal strength and throughput at the install location before relying on wireless, and we can add an access point if coverage is short. For high-transaction or payment kiosks we typically recommend a dedicated wired drop.

Do you integrate the kiosks with our back-end application?

We connect each kiosk to your network and configure it to reach your back-end application, then confirm it boots, connects, and transacts before sign-off. We follow your provisioning and addressing standards so units come online consistently. [CONFIRM kiosk application/provisioning details]

Can you roll kiosks out across many locations consistently?

Yes. We standardize mounting, cable labeling, and network addressing across your fleet and document each site the same way. That keeps deployments uniform and support straightforward across all locations.
