General Tasks

On-demand commercial handyman and general labor that supports our trades — mounting, patching, demo, hauling, and small fixes — performed by our crews and documented on a tracked work order.

We cover the general tasks that fall between the trades on a commercial project: TV and display mounting, backing and blocking for heavy equipment, drywall patch and paint after cable runs, core drilling and fire-stopping penetrations, demo and debris removal, shelving and fixture mounting, and small repairs that keep a punch list moving. Work is scoped on a tracked work order so you see exactly what was requested, performed, and signed off. Because the same company runs your security, network, and A/V, these tasks get handled by people who already understand the site — no separate vendor to schedule. You get the job done right, cleaned up, and documented per location.

Frequently asked

How is general-task work scoped and billed?

Each request goes on a tracked work order with the tasks, materials, and labor itemized, and we capture before/after photos. You approve the scope up front and sign off on completion, so there are no surprise line items. [CONFIRM billing model — hourly vs flat]

Do you fire-stop penetrations you create for cabling?

Yes — any rated wall or floor we core or pass cable through gets fire-stopped with the appropriate listed system and documented. Handling it with the same crew that ran the cable means the penetration is sealed correctly the first time.

Can you knock out punch-list items left by other contractors?

Often, yes. If it's within our trades or general scope we'll close out mounting, patching, and small repair items so your space is move-in ready. We document what we completed and flag anything that needs a specialty licensed trade.
