Audio / Visual
Commercial A/V for conference rooms, training spaces, and multi-site venues — displays, sound, control, and conferencing designed, installed, tested, and documented by our own crews.
We design and install commercial audio/visual systems for boardrooms, huddle rooms, training centers, and large venues: flat-panel displays and projectors, ceiling and pendant speakers, DSP-driven audio, microphones, video walls, and control systems with a single-touch interface. We integrate native room-based video conferencing (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms) with cameras, soundbars, and table mics so meetings start on time. AV signal and PoE-powered endpoints ride structured cabling we install and label, with HDBaseT or AV-over-IP distribution where the run demands it. Every room is calibrated for audio gain-before-feedback and display geometry, then handed over tested with as-builts and a room-by-room user guide.

Frequently asked
Can you standardize the same room experience across all our locations?
Yes. We build a repeatable room template — same control layout, naming, and conferencing platform — so users get an identical one-touch experience at every site. We document the template once and replicate it, which also keeps support and spares simple across the fleet.
Do you integrate with our existing Zoom or Teams accounts?
We deploy certified room systems that join your existing Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms tenant, so calendaring, single-touch join, and device management run through the platform your IT team already administers. We coordinate provisioning and licensing assignment with your team during commissioning.
Who runs the cabling and mounting — you or our electrician?
Our crews self-perform the low-voltage cabling, display mounting, and rack build, and we coordinate with a licensed electrician for any line-voltage outlets behind displays. That keeps one accountable vendor for the AV system end to end. Line-voltage scope is called out separately on the proposal.
